Try Canada Initiative provides computer systems design and related services. Our services include computer integrated systems design network architecture cloud infrastructure planning cybersecurity assessment data engineering custom software development and managed IT operations. Specific scope deliverables and fees are defined in a separate written agreement.
By using our website you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You may access and use the website solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce distribute modify create derivative works from or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to introduce malicious code attempt unauthorized access interfere with operations or collect personal information using automated means without our express permission.

Client engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement executed by both parties. Fees and payment terms are specified in the applicable agreement. Payment is due within thirty days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Try Canada Initiative and its officers employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The website and all content and services are provided as is and as available without any warranties express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability fitness for a particular purpose title and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Canada Initiative its officers directors employees agents and affiliates from any claims liabilities damages and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the availability accuracy content or practices of any third-party sites.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time for any reason. Upon termination your right to use the website immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Province of Ontario. Any disputes will first be attempted through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within thirty days the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in Toronto Ontario.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during any engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any agreement for a period of five years.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Try Canada Initiative regarding your use of the website.
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from a cause beyond reasonable control including acts of God natural disasters war terrorism pandemics or government actions.

During any client engagement and for twelve months after its conclusion the client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any employee or contractor of Try Canada who was materially involved in providing services.
Try Canada may engage qualified subcontractors to perform portions of services remaining fully responsible for all work delivered.
Try Canada acts as an independent contractor not as an employee agent joint venturer or partner of the client.
By using our website or communicating with us electronically you consent to receive communications from us by email or through the website. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
